This is a great book. I have referred to it.The first day i was able to read only 32 pages and learned A
LOT just those 32 pages.Simple ideas, but put into action. My friend and i each lost 3 ibs the very first
wekk. We followed this diet and walked for at least one hour.So far we both lost 30 and 35 pounds
respectively.My thumb is up for this book

There are SO many books on this subject to choose from. If I had to choose just one,this would be it.It is simple and to the point. You will find very real advice about why you are overweight and some real suggestions about what you can do about it.
